Clear Talent Group is a full-service talent agency headquartered in Los Angeles with additional offices in New York and New Orleans with partnerships in Chicago and Atlanta. Established in 2003, CTG has assembled a staff of respected agents that represents actors, models, young people, directors, dancers, choreographers and designers in all areas of the entertainment industry.

Clear Talent Group is a proud member of the Association of Talent Agents (ATA) and franchised with both the American Federation of Television & Radio Artists (AFTRA) and the Writers Guild of America (WGA).
Tim O’Brien, founder and President of Clear Talent Group has been representing talent for over twenty years. He was department director at both LA Talent and Kazarian, Spencer and Associates (now KSR) before leaving to open Clear Talent Group in 2003.
Prior to his career as an agent Tim worked as a performer in film, television and stage. He is active with the Television Academy and has served as a consultant for both the Screen Actors Guild and SAG-AFTRA. Mr. O’Brien’s dedication to innovation and strong client service has made Clear Talent Group one of the top talent agencies in the United States today.
Chief Financial Officer
Janeen O’Brien is a Santa Barbara native who moved to Los Angeles to obtain her Bachelor’s degree at California State University, Long Beach. She helped established the “Media Project,” working with youth offenders in the juvenile probation department in three counties. The program encouraged creative expression through drama, writing, and music, while developing confidence and emotion awareness. She worked as a US Customs officer before becoming a supervisor of a residential treatment center for children and adolescence with severe emotional and behavior issues. Since forming the Business Affairs Department at Clear Talent Group, Janeen oversees the day-to-day operations while continuing to work as the agency’s Chief Financial Officer. Janeen and her daughter are members of the National Charity League and she serves on the board of the Burbank Chapter. Looking to the future, Janeen is excited to continue her work establishing the company’s charity, CTG Gives.
Vice President / Director, Theatrical
Brianna Ancel’s 15+ years of experience representing talent is rooted in her own career in the world of entertainment. She began as a dancer at the age of five in her hometown in Northern California. By eighteen, she was performing, teaching, and choreographing across the United States. After earning her Bachelor’s in Fine Arts from the University of California, Irvine, Brianna worked as an Assistant Director for a major talent competition. In 1998, she joined Kazarian/Spencer & Associates as an assistant agent and was promoted to Assistant Director of the Dance Department in 2000. Equipped with several years’ experience and a life-long passion for the fine arts, Brianna created the Theatrical Department at Clear Talent Group in 2003, which continues to thrive. She has been nominated for 3 consecutive years (2010-12) by the Talent Manager’s Association’s Seymour Heller Award for Adult Theatrical Agent of the Year. She is currently Vice President of Clear Talent Group as well as the Director of the Theatrical Department.
Vice President | Operations
Pete Engle, originally from Wisconsin, has been highly involved in the performing arts since an early age. After graduating from Millikin University with a Bachelor of Science in Music Business, Pete made the move to Los Angeles. He began his career at Kazarian/Spencer & Associates in the LA Equity department. Pete joined the Clear Talent Group team in the spring of 2005 and was made the Director of CTG’s premiere Dance Department in 2007. In 2014 he was named the Vice President of Operations in charge of the overall strategic development of the agency. In addition to his executive duties, Pete handles clients in the Choreography and Creative & Development departments that represent directors, writers, choreographers and designers as well as develops client concepts for television programming, feature films and live shows. He, like the rest of his colleagues at CTG, truly believe in a focused roster by representing clients on a personal and individual level. Pete is continually motivated and inspired by the professionals that he works with and the amazing talent that Clear Talent Group represents.
Director, New York Office
Jamie Harris has been part of the theatre and dance community of New York since 1989. He holds a B.A in Theatre Arts from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. As an actor and dancer, he performed in numerous productions in New York City and across America including Radio City Music Hall’s Christmas Spectacular, a national tour of A Chorus Line, the world premiere of The Rhythm Club, Funny Girl: In Concert on Broadway as well as in The Producers movie. His choreography credits include the Asia tour of Making Tracks (Assistant Choreographer), Empty Handed (with the original cast of Avenue Q) and John Tartaglia’s AD-LIBerty at Joe’s Pub. Jamie joined the New York office of Clear Talent Group in 2003 and became an agent in 2005. Since then, he has represented talent on Broadway, national tours, regional theater and in film and television. He continues to be excited to be part of the CTG team and is committed to helping his clients achieve solid, long-term careers in the performing arts.
Director, Young People
Jody Alexander has had over twenty five years of experience in the entertainment industry. She graduated with honors from the noted California State University at Northridge with a Theatre Arts major. Ms. Alexander started work immediately after college in a talent agency where she specialized in adult commercial representation. Her next position was as an associate at one of the busiest commercial (and occasionally theatrical) casting offices in the country. Many an ambitious actor passed through this office on the way to becoming a celebrity, including Michael J. Fox, Rita Wilson (Mrs. Tom Hanks) Drew Barrymore and Heather Locklear. Jody’s keen eye for talent was further developed through selecting and auditioning some of the best talent in Hollywood. Later, she returned to agency work, specializing in “Young People”. For the last 17 years she has worked in this area. She joined Clear Talent Group in 2010 to establish and expand the Young People’s department. She has discovered and helped to establish the careers of young actors such as Elijah Wood, Rico Rodriguez (Manny in Modern Family) and Efren Ramirez. (Pedro in Napoleon Dynamite). Her expertise was displayed in interviews in the Hollywood Reporter, L.A. Times and numerous how-to books and tapes as well as appearances on CNN and 20/20. Jody Alexander is delighted to be a well-respected expert in an industry she truly loves.
Director, Young People
Bonnie Ventis has a passion for finding and developing new talent. She has more than twenty five years in the entertainment industry and working with young people’s careers is a testament to that passion. Throughout her career she has seen many clients grow up in the industry and become healthy and happy adults. Bonnie enjoys seeing these “extended family members” succeed in their passion—acting, and is proud to be a part of their success. Current clients can be seen on the big screen in the popular films “Casa De Mi Padre”, “Hangover 2”, “Prom”, “Secretariat”, “Footloose”, and soon, the hugely anticipated “Ender’s Game”.” On the small screen her clients are series regulars in “Austin & Ally”, and the hugely successful ABC comedy “Modern Family”. Many clients have recurring roles on “Eastbound and Down”, “Victorious”, “90210”, “I’m With the Band”, “True Blood” and the soap opera “Days of our Lives”. Bonnie’s knowledge and expertise in developing new talent, building and maintaining a career in the entertainment industry has led to the success of many young actors.

Brandon Sierra discovered his passion for the entertainment industry at an early age. Years of dance, vocal and other formal training led him to Niagara University where he earned his Bachelors in Fine Arts and Dance and had the honor and privilege of working with the legendary musical theatre duo, John Kander and Fred Ebb.
Living and working in New York City for seven years provided him numerous career building opportunities and professional experience, including his years of service to The Broadway Dance Center where he created successful relationships with many of today’s top dancers and choreographers. Brandon joined Clear Talent Group New York in 2009 and made the move to the Los Angeles office in the spring of 2010.
Brandon looks forward to continuing his dutiful service to Clear Talent Group and its clientele.
Director, Digital Strategy & Content
A storyteller at heart and marketer by trade, Chris sits at the intersection of branding, content, entertainment and the digital space. He has worked on award winning campaigns for brands such as: Nike, Microsoft, Sprint, 20th Century Fox, Sony Pictures, Warner Bros., Nintendo, EA Games and Ubisoft. Chris joins Clear Talent Group as the Director of Digital Strategy & Content where he will lead client development in the digital & social space, engaging with brands, producers, distributors and creators to build the next generation of content. Chris is excited to be working with CTG to create new opportunities for its clients and brands.
Agent, New York TV/Film & Theatre
Justin Busch got his start in the entertainment industry as a teenager booking and promoting local bands from his Native Long Island, manage their merchandising, marketing and social media presence. After graduating Hofstra University with a BS in Music Business in 2005 he worked for Sony in their publishing department. In 2007 he joined the agency Phoenix Artists, Inc. in their legit theatrical department. He was quickly promoted and by 2009 had managed many clients and accounts. Early in the summer of 2012 Justin came to Clear Talent Group as an Agent in their Legit Theatrical Department representing clients in TV, Film and Theatre. Justin Is thrilled to be a part of such an amazing team and is excited to help CTG and its clients continue to grow. Justin is also an avid musician, proficient in sax, bass, drums, mandolin, guitar, a little bit of Banjo and Piano.

Julianna, a proud East Coaster, is originally from Branchburg, NJ. Julianna began dancing at the age of 3, and what started as a hobby quickly became a lifelong passion. Julianna attended Fordham University in New York, where she graduated with a degree in Communications and Minor in Sociology. She continued to dance throughout college with a performance group called Expressions Dance Alliance, where she served as Vice President. During the summer before her senior year of college Julianna began working at Clear Talent Group, combining her passion for dance and interest in the business side of the entertainment industry. After her graduation in 2010 Julianna began working full time with CTG-NY. Julianna is thankful to have a job that she loves and looks forward to each day that she can help her clients grow and achieve their goals.

Chase Renouf started his career in entertainment at an early age performing at Austin Musical Theatre, Broadway Texas, and Zach Scott Theatre. He went on to study at Millikin University and received his BFA in musical theatre with a minor in dance.
Immediately after graduation, Chase began working at Clear Talent Group. Over the past five years, Chase has had experience in all departments at CTG and is grateful and proud of helping clients secure opportunities on Broadway, National Tours, and in Film and Television.
Scot Reynolds had a passion for television and film from an early age, as his parents educated him in “the classics” of comedy from legends like Mel Brooks, Monty Python, Harold Ramis, and Richard Pryor, just to name a few. This didn’t stop Scot from enjoying dramatic works either, especially Shakespeare’s Romeo & Juliet, with his favorite character being Mercutio.
Scot graduated from Florida State University where he studied Sociology & Psychology with a concentration in Marketing. This has helped shape his career as a talent representative when communicating and networking in Hollywood. In 2012, Scot joined David Shapira & Associates where he started as an assistant and grew and fell in love with the agency business, eventually earning himself a Junior Agent status and started taking on clients. Along with working for his own list of clients, he got to work with the great talent he grew up watching, such as Gene Wilder and Lee Majors. In 2014, Scot came to Clear Talent Group as an Agent in the Theatrical Department working in the Adult division alongside Brianna Ancel. His passion for his work is undeniable, and he loves the process of continuing to grow CTG and help their clients reach their potential.

Philip Marcus was born and raised on Long Island, NY, Philip Marcus is a proud Orange and Blue Gator Alumni from the University of Florida. After accepting a college bet and pursuing a summer job, Philip worked for Celebrity Cruise Lines in the Caribbean and parts of South America for a year and a half. In August of 1997, Philip moved to Los Angeles and soon after began working at a talent agency. With nearly 15 years of experience in the industry, Philip brings a dedicated and hardworking commitment to his clients and to his profession. A life-long James Bond fan and a chocoholic, Philip’s sense of humor adds to his creative side and therefore adds to the strength of the Young People’s Department.

Allison Sweeney is a native of Los Angeles and began her career in entertainment before she graduated college. While attending California State University, Northridge, she began working as a Talent Coordinator for award shows and live television tapings taking place in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and New York. Allison had the pleasure of annually working on such shows as The Academy Awards, The Grammys, MTV Video and Movie Awards, The American Music Awards, The Golden Globes, The Billboard Awards, The Emmys, and many others. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Radio/TV/Film Management, Allison briefly worked at a Public Relations firm before giving the music industry a shot. After working at various record labels, she then moved into the world of casting where she realized her ultimate career path was to represent on-camera talent. Allison is very excited to bring her experience and love of the business to Clear Talent Group and looks forward to helping our amazing talent achieve their dreams.

Jessica Gil is a Los Angeles native who has had a passion for the entertainment business from a young age. She graduated from Cal State University, Northridge with a degree in Theatre. While in college, she began interning at a casting office, and then continued expanding her knowledge of the entertainment business by working in various capacities in event production. She was then employed by the commonly utilized database Casting Networks (LA Casting) as a talent support representative and was soon promoted to office manager. It was there she realized her calling to become a commercial agent. Upon getting her first job at a talent agency, she quickly rose through the ranks, ultimately finding a home with Clear Talent Group in 2016. Working alongside Allison Sweeney in our Commercial/Print Department, Jessica contributes her brand of enthusiasm and determination to our LA office.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Meisha Goetz found passion in the industry at a young age. At the age of three her parents signed her up for dance classes at the local studio to where her passion for dance was to begin. After attending numerous dance competitions and conventions, key relationships were established with some of the best dancers and choreographers in the country. Meisha graduated from Cal State University Channel Islands with a Bachelors in Performing Arts and a Minor Certification in Communication. Coupling her education with her experience as a dancer makes working at Clear Talent Group in the Dance Department the perfect match. Meisha’s dedication to her clients and nurturing personality makes her a great mentor for young talent. She is thrilled to be working along side the industries best at Clear Talent Group.

Tiffany Tahan is an east coast native, originally from New Jersey. She began dancing at age 5 and soon after, started attending dance competitions and conventions. When she was 13, she started to train at Broadway Dance Center, quickly falling in love with NYC, and even more so with dance. While in High School at the age of 17, she applied and was accepted to the Broadway Dance Center Summer Internship Program. After her internship, Tiffany attended Marymount Manhattan College (MMC), allowing her to continue her career with Broadway Dance Center, where she went on to hold several positions throughout her years of employment there. She was the Director of Group Services, PR/Marketing Coordinator, Graphic Designer, Event Coordinator, Children and Teen Program Assistant, and open-class AI Stretch teacher, all while she was earning her degree in Communication Arts with a minor in Photography at MMC.
After graduation, Tiffany moved back to New Jersey and began her career in Pharmaceutical Advertising, working on Janssen’s HIV Franchise, Gentech/Roche’s breakthrough Global launch of GAZAYVA, and Janssen’s STELARA. While taking a break from the entertainment industry, she was still involved at Broadway Dance Center. After 5 years in advertising, she realized she had to get back into the entertainment industry.
In 2015, she started working at CTG NY as an assistant, and quickly learned the agency world along with NYC’s Broadway and theatrical world. After a year and a half in NYC, she was transferred to CTG’s LA office to focus on their Educators department. Shortly after, she became a Dance & Educators Agent focusing on CTG’s kids & adult dancers, theatrical dancers, and Educators. She is excited to continue with her love of dance and to grow with Clear Talent Group.
Agent, CTG South
Ashley was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana and developed her passion for the arts as early as 2 years old as a dancer and continued that path for 17 years. In 2001 she began her career as the director of a premier Performing Arts Academy in New Orleans where she found her true love. She specializes in developing talent for the entertainment industry and marketing to top industry professionals. Throughout her career she has helped her clients break into the industry and evolve into successful working actors and models. She lives for the arts and is consistently searching far and wide for the next rising star. In 2010, she joined Clear Talent Group as the lead agent for CTG South based in New Orleans where she is known for producing professional and developed talent in “Hollywood South.”
