Christian Henderson

Biography

Christian is a dancer and educator from the small town of Eldersburg, Maryland. Shortly after turning 18, he moved to Los Angeles to pursue his dream of dancing professionally. Christian is best known for his work on three record-breaking world tours with Taylor Swift: RED, 1989, and reputation. He has also been featured on a variety of TV shows including: Glee, X-Factor, Ellen, and Disney’s Shake It Up and has enjoyed live performances on The Grammys, VMAs, Oscars, Billboard Awards, Brit Awards, CMAs, and the Kid’s Choice Awards. Christian has shared the stage with many artists including: Justin Timberlake, Selena Gomez, Jason Derulo, Nick Jonas, Mary J. Blige, Ricky Martin, The Weeknd, and Imagine Dragons, among others.

On his time off between tours, Christian enjoys holding classes and seminars to teach the next generation of dancers how to be successful in the industry. His belief that dancers should be well-rounded led him to also use this time to complete his bachelor’s degree in Marketing, graduating Magna Cum Laude from CSUN. This helped fuel his passion to not only teach dancers choreography, but to instruct them on how they can prepare themselves for a future in the industry. His approach includes discussions of how to audition, professionalism on the job, how dancers can successfully market themselves, networking, and landing an agent.
